Walter Skoff has 11 different sites within a radius of about 15 km. Each vineyard is their special flavor characteristics. The grapes of Classique wines reflect the different situation-specific characteristics reflected in high, grapey fruit complexity. Particularly outstanding are the single vineyard wines of the winery.

The main focus is the flagship wine, which is also known as Mr. Sauvignon Blanc, already established very early on that variety. In seven different styles Walter Skoff is lighting up different flavor spectra of Sauvignon Blanc. From classic and spicy, the mineral, fruity Sauvignon Blanc Hochsulz, to the mature, schmelzigen Royal Sauvignon Blanc, one of Austria's best white wines.
