SALOMON ESTATE Norwood Cabernet Shiraz

Bert and Gertrud Salomon are full-time travelers in wine, which now run the family winery SALOMON UNDHOF in Austria in the seventh generation, and have established in Australia SALOMON ESTATE in the first generation.

SALOMON ESTATE from passions was born in 1996: First, from a love of landscape Finniss River by Bert Salomon. Second, from the enjoyment of great red wines of his wife Gertrud Salomon and thirdly the passion of both, to make their lives very varied. The Finniss River wine region extends south of the Fleurieu Peninsula region, about 20 km southeast of McLaren Vale in South Australia. The maritime climate creates wines of elegance and finesse. Shiraz, Cabernet and Merlot spend between nine and eighteen months in small oak barrels.
