Schioppettino
Schioppettino is a red wine from the Ribolla family of grapes grown in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region of Italy. The wine of the same name obtained from it is mainly produced in Prepotto and the associated Frazione Albana as well as some neighboring municipalities in the border area with Slovenia. The Cialla single layer near Prepotto has become known for its fine wines. The variety was first mentioned in documents in the castle of Albana in 1282.
