"Optimus quisque" is "Simply the Best" and for nearly 900 years the guiding principle of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta. Since 1969, the Lenz Moser winery manages the winery, which today comprises 48 hectares of the best MAILBERGER documents.
The main grape varieties in the mail Berger winery are the traditional "Austrian" as the Grüner Veltliner (20 hectares) and Blauer Zweigelt (9 ha). In addition, here are Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Pinot Noir (every 19 ha) from ideal conditions. The wines from the winery Schloßweingut Malteser Ritterorden are available only in limited numbers, each bottle is numbered.
