VAT in the EU
With the extension of the EU-One-Stop-Shop (EU-OSS), intra-Community mail order transactions (B2C) are generally considered to have been effected in the country of destination from 1. 7. 2021 onwards.
The VAT rates of the desired destination country vary according to the EU’s applicable laws and within the member states.
The prices on the WINEFORUM website are shown in EURO and include Austrian VAT.
