SPARKLING WINES

Sparkling wine is a sparkling wine obtained by alcoholic fermentation from grape must or by secondary alcoholic fermentation from wine.

CHAMPAGNER - Quality sparkling wine from Champagne / France produced in the bottle fermentation process; Crémant are French sparkling wines outside the Champagne

Sect or Winzersekt – common name in Austria and Germany for quality sparkling wines produced by the bottling or tank fermentation process from the base wines of the winery

PROSECCO SPUMANTE is a quality sparkling wine whose carbon dioxide is caused either by a bottle fermentation or by tank fermentation (Metodo Martinotti).

FRIZZANTE is a sparkling wine with low carbon dioxide content, which is produced by the addition of carbon dioxide (imregnation process or tank fermentation).
