Right of withdrawal or revocation
The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The revocation period begins on the day on which the goods are taken into possession by the Customer or by a third party appointed by him (which is not the carrier).
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal or revocation, WINEFORUM must be informed by the customer by means of a clear statement (e. g. letter post, e-mail).

Consequences of withdrawal, revocation
If the customer withdraws from the contract, all payments received by WINEFORUM, including delivery costs (with the exception of those additional costs resulting from a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery), will be refunded within 14 days from the date on which the notice of withdrawal/revocation was received by WINEFORUM. The same means of payment used for the original transaction shall be used for repayment. WINEFORUM does not charge any fees for the reimbursement.
WINEFORUM may refuse reimbursement until the goods have been returned or proof has been provided that the goods have been returned. Depending on what the earlier time was.
The return of the goods must be returned to WINEFORUM immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which WINEFORUM was informed of the withdrawal or revocation. The deadline is met if the goods were sent before the expiry of the 14-day deadline.
The customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
The goods must be packaged or sealed in their original form and undamaged. In case of deterioration of the goods, the value compensation is paid by the customer.
