Sangiovese
Sangiovese is one of the most important and common grape varieties in Italy and the main component of Chianti.
The name Sangiovese comes from the late Latin / Italic and mean blood Jupiter (Giove Sangui). In general Sangiovese wine is characterized by a rich color and distinct structure of acidity and tannins.
